Annual Regional Meetings hosted by the Community of Practice. Usually in February and March. — Pediatric Care Coordination

These virtual regional meetings provide an opportunity for people in your area who manage care for children and youth with special needs to share experiences, network and collaborate. The meetings will be a combination of small group discussion/networking and collective learning about innovative care coordination strategies in the region.

Regional meetings will occur from noon-1 p.m. on the following days:

Northern Minnesota: Tuesday, February 23 (yellow) - AGENDA
Central Minnesota: Thursday, February 25 (pink) - AGENDA
Southwest Minnesota: Tuesday, March 2 (blue) - AGENDA
Southeast Minnesota: Wednesday, March 3 (gray) - AGENDA
Twin Cities Metro: Thursday, March 4 (purple) - AGENDA

You can register for your virtual regional meeting here. Please register for your meeting at least two business days before the meeting date.

Feel free to invite others. They can register to become a member and then are welcome to join the meeting.
